The invited keynote speaker, Kaspar Roos from Infotrends, set the stage for the conference theme by presenting market research demonstrating how the recession is accelerating a number of fundamental changes that alter the structure of the industry. Recommendations were provided to members as to how to transition their business and benefit from the changing market realities.
